- To request a cancellation, please inform your Account Manager or contact our Billing Department directly. A cancellation will be considered valid only after written confirmation from our billing team.
- Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of order placement, provided that our team has not yet commenced work on the project.
- Please note that Viwork Digital is not responsible for services delivered by third-party vendors, including but not limited to content writing, website hosting, or external development services.
Refund Policy
As our services require strategic planning, time investment, and dedicated expert resources, refunds are not guaranteed once an order has been placed and subsequently canceled.
For monthly service plans, we prioritize fairness and confidence:
- Payments for the upcoming month are processed only after you have reviewed the performance and results of the current month.
Kindly note that Viwork Digital does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or lead numbers. Accordingly, refund requests based on unmet ranking or traffic expectations cannot be accommodated.
